These policies apply to this service.
Operated by Mediator Solutions LLC. Contact: reach@prime88.studio.
1. Privacy
FORGE is a business-management service. We may process personal information to provide, protect, maintain, bill, support, and improve the Service; administer accounts and workspaces; authenticate users; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and follow lawful customer instructions.
When we determine the purposes of processing information about our own visitors, users, buyers, and contacts, we generally act as the relevant business/controller. When a customer enters information about its own clients, employees, contractors, vendors, jobs, invoices, photos, or contacts, the customer generally determines the purposes and we generally act as processor/service provider for that Customer Data.
Depending on the features used, FORGE may process email addresses, account and user IDs, login/security records, business configuration, team invitations and roles, customer-entered names and contact details, jobs and service addresses, estimates, invoices, payment status, receipts, uploaded logos or photos, Stripe billing identifiers and status, support communications, and technical request/security information such as IP address, browser, device, timestamps, errors, and abuse-prevention signals.
FORGE is not designed as a general repository for Social Security numbers or equivalent government identifiers, complete card credentials, CVV/CVC codes, online-banking credentials, third-party passwords, private cryptographic keys, protected health information requiring a specialized agreement, biometric identification templates, or other unnecessary highly sensitive data.
We may use providers necessary to operate the Service. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities under valid legal process, transaction counterparties under appropriate confidentiality, or parties the customer lawfully directs us to use.
We do not sell Customer Data. As of this version, FORGE does not operate a cross-context behavioral advertising network and does not sell personal information for money.
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the customer relationship, Service delivery, security, fraud prevention, support, accounting/tax requirements, disputes, legal claims, backups, and law. Deletion from an active system does not necessarily mean immediate deletion from encrypted backups, security logs, payment-provider systems, or records that must be retained by law.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, which may include authenticated sessions, TLS/HTTPS, server-side authorization, managed infrastructure, storage encryption supported by providers, limited-duration upload URLs, attempt and rate controls, logging, monitoring, and workspace isolation. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have access, correction, deletion, portability, information, withdrawal, objection, or opt-out rights. Privacy requests can be sent to reach@prime88.studio. Requests concerning data a customer entered about an individual should generally be directed first to that customer.
2. Notice at Collection
Information collected directly by FORGE may include identifiers, account data, business information, commercial/subscription information, Internet or network activity, uploaded content, and communications.
Primary purposes include authentication, Service delivery, billing, security, support, compliance, and business administration. There is no single retention period for every category.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are collected by Stripe. Mediator Solutions LLC is the seller.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
FORGE may use cookies, browser storage, and session technology for authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout/billing continuity, necessary application state, and preferences.
Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent login or protected functionality. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are later enabled and applicable law requires consent or opt-out, FORGE will provide the legally required control.
5. Terms of Service
By creating an account, completing an affirmative acceptance action, starting a paid subscription, or using the Service after these Terms are presented, the customer agrees to these Terms.
A person using FORGE on behalf of a company or organization represents that the person has authority to bind it.
An account administrator must generally be at least 18 years old or the higher local age of majority, unless a written agreement permits otherwise.
Users must provide accurate information, keep control of the account email and devices, protect authentication codes and sessions, and revoke access for people who should no longer enter a workspace. We may require re-authentication, invalidate sessions, or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, compliance, or material risk.
Subject to compliance and payment of applicable fees, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the hosted Service for internal business purposes. FORGE does not sell source code or infrastructure. Credential resale, plan-limit evasion, unauthorized extraction of non-public interfaces, prohibited reverse engineering, and unauthorized white-label resale are not permitted.
Customers retain their rights in Customer Data. Customers grant us a limited right to host, copy, transmit, display, format, protect, back up, and process Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Service, provide support, comply with law, and enforce the agreement. Customers are responsible for having the right and lawful basis to enter third-party data.
FORGE may generate estimates, quotes, invoices, receipts, and PDFs. Customers remain responsible for determining whether those documents satisfy the tax, accounting, numbering, retention, licensing, or regulatory rules applicable to their business. FORGE does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Marking an invoice “paid” records the selected status and does not independently prove bank settlement unless a separately enabled integration expressly verifies it.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted availability unless a written service-level agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, attacks, third-party outages, force majeure, or emergency protective measures may cause interruption.
We may suspend or terminate an account for nonpayment, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, plan-limit evasion, or conduct threatening the Service or others. Where a breach is remediable and does not create immediate risk, we generally try to provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure.
The software, design, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary materials of this service belong to us or our licensors. Customer Data remains subject to the customer's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, except for an express written warranty, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every feature satisfies every industry rule, that every generated document is legally sufficient in every jurisdiction, or that security incidents can never occur.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Mandatory law that cannot be waived remains applicable.
6. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
A paid plan is recurring when checkout clearly presents it as recurring. The purchase surface must accurately disclose price, billing interval, included capacity, add-ons, taxes where applicable, and any other recurring charge.
The customer authorizes the recurring charges it affirmatively accepts. Actual charge dates can vary slightly due to calendar timing, time zone, retries, or subscription changes.
Customers may cancel through the available billing-management flow or another cancellation method we provide. Unless checkout, contract, or law states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access may continue through the already-paid period.
Billing cancellation is separate from immediate permanent deletion of all Customer Data.
Except where law, an express promotion, or a written agreement requires otherwise, properly charged subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue a discretionary refund or credit for duplicate charges, billing error, material Service failure, or another equitable reason. We do not limit a non-waivable statutory refund right.
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes.
7. Acceptable Use
FORGE may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, impersonation, intentional falsification of records, phishing, malware, ransomware, unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized account/workspace access, illegal spam, harassment, threats, stalking, deceptive communications, child sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful content, prohibited sensitive-data storage, unlawful surveillance or discrimination, deliberate intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized credential resale, pricing/capacity evasion, or manipulation of referrals, promotions, payments, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Enforcement may include warning, limitation, content blocking, suspension, or termination proportionate to the conduct and risk.
9. Accessibility
For FORGE web surfaces under our control, the engineering target is to work toward substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable.
That includes semantic structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, form labels, contrast, alternative text, logical order, responsive design, and reducing unnecessary interaction barriers.
Customer-uploaded content and independent third-party surfaces may not be fully controlled by us. Accessibility reports can be sent to reach@prime88.studio with subject FORGE Accessibility.
10. Business Customer Data Processing
When we process Customer Personal Data for a customer, the customer generally acts as controller and we act as processor/service provider.
We process that data to provide, protect, back up, maintain, and support FORGE; follow documented instructions; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
The customer remains responsible for its lawful basis, notices, instructions, team permissions, and avoiding prohibited highly sensitive data.
We maintain confidentiality obligations, reasonable security, subprocessor controls, reasonable assistance with individual-rights requests, and security-incident response.
11. Subprocessors
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud infrastructure
- Stripe: payments
- Resend: email
This list may change.
12. Changes
We may update legal policies when the Service, providers, law, data practices, security, or billing changes. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel where required by law.
